DefenseNetwork is an intelligence and research platform for cleared defense contractors. We aggregate publicly available contract data from USASpending.gov and SAM.gov, job listings from USAJOBS, and provide community tools including a forum and direct messaging.

You must be at least 18 years old to use DefenseNetwork. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it current.

DefenseNetwork offers a 7-day free trial on the monthly plan. After the trial period, your account will be billed at $9.99/month unless cancelled. Annual plans ($49.99/year or promotional pricing) are billed upfront. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your payment card details. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

You must not share classified, controlled unclassified information (CUI), or any information that would violate your security clearance obligations on this platform. All information shared on DefenseNetwork — including forum posts, profile details, and messages — should be treated as unclassified public communication.

Clearance levels displayed on user profiles are self-reported and are not verified by DefenseNetwork. Do not use this platform to discuss sensitive program details, SAP information, or anything you are not authorized to share in a public forum.

You agree not to use DefenseNetwork to harass, impersonate, or harm other users; to distribute spam, malware, or unauthorized advertising; to attempt to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access; or to violate any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

You retain ownership of content you post (forum posts, messages, profile information). By posting, you grant DefenseNetwork a limited license to display that content on the platform. We do not sell your content to third parties.

Anonymous posting is available in the forum. Even anonymous posts are associated with your account in our systems for moderation purposes.

Our use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Contract and company data displayed on the platform is sourced from public government databases and is not proprietary.

DefenseNetwork is provided "as is." We make no guarantees that the platform will be error-free, that contract data will be complete or current, or that job listings will be accurate. Government data sources may have delays or gaps.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DefenseNetwork's liability for any claim related to the platform is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email if we make material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
